With Christmas fast approaching I’m always thrown into the dilemma of what to buy my family and friends for Christmas. With these precious people, many of whom I’ve known for years, it can be difficult to know what they would like.
One thing I do know is that with every year that passes we all start to need more help with things. Whether it’s studies or work, home or garden, children, other half, finance, fitness…..the list goes on. For many of us aches and pains also start to appear more frequently on the list too and this is where I can help.
I treat musculoskeletal aches and pains including sports injuries and work related issues. I also carry out gait/running analysis and workstation assessments.
