Meet the Physiotherapist

Jemma Mack BSc (Hons) Physio, MCSP HPC

Jemma Mack MCSP HPC chartered Physio in SalisburyI am a musculoskeletal Chartered Physiotherapist with 29 years experience mainly in private practice.

After a brief stint in the NHS I went to work in the West End and then the City before opening The Physio Place at North Bristol’s David Lloyd Health Club in 2006.  Happy years spent in Bristol saw the business grow to include the opening of an in-house physio service in Lloyds Bank and a clinic on the high street.

In 2012 I moved to Salisbury and opened a clinic in Belle Vue Road.  2026 and it's time for change.  From 16th June 2026 The Physio Place's Salisbury branch will be in The Therapy Centre in Winchester Street a short walk from the Belle Vue Road and slightly closer to the Market Square.  I will be based there one day a week.  I will also be opening a clinic in Mudeford at the end of July.   I will continue to assess and treat  patients' aches and pains, carry out workstation assessments, provide Occupational Health physio advice and onsite physio services to local businesses.

As well as my work I enjoy walking my gorgeous, character-filled dog Monty, DIY and interior design/decoration,  helping organise events to fund raise for Morning Star a fabulous Salisbury based charity helping the homeless, gardening, beach walks, my recent return to rowing with Christchurch Rowing Club and just about everything about Italy!
